Clear scope before work
We provide a written scope describing the services, assumptions, estimated or fixed charges, exclusions, payment milestones and client responsibilities. Drilling depth, geology, water quantity and water quality cannot be guaranteed before they are measured.
Safety and lawful work
We expect safe access, appropriate protective equipment, controlled work areas and compliance with applicable WRA and other regulatory requirements. We may pause work where access, instructions, weather, site conditions or third-party activity creates an unacceptable risk.
Evidence-led recommendations
Survey interpretations reduce uncertainty but do not guarantee groundwater. Pump selection follows test data where available, and treatment recommendations should follow representative laboratory results. We distinguish measured results from estimates and assumptions.
Respectful customer service
We communicate material changes, keep reasonable project records and provide a route for questions or complaints. Customers must provide accurate site, ownership, access, demand and payment information and must not instruct field staff to perform undocumented additional work.
Third parties
Where we use an approved subcontractor or supplier, Borehole Drillers remains the customer's contractual contact unless the written agreement states otherwise. No person may collect payment, change scope or make a warranty on our behalf without written authority.
