Choosing this equipment

Quote the full required liner area for the 1 mm option, including anchoring and joining allowances. Request separate earthworks and installation amounts.

  • Send measured top and bottom dimensions, depth and photographs of the proposed reservoir. The liner area includes slopes, anchoring and fabrication allowances, not simply the water-surface area.
  • Have the contractor assess ground condition, puncture risks, access and the need for protective layers. Confirm the material specification and intended storage use.
  • Request separate amounts for liner material, fabrication, earthworks, preparation, penetrations, delivery and installation. Agree inspection and repair responsibilities.

Before delivery and installation

  1. Have the site and earthworks assessed before ordering the liner. Prepare the support surface to the selected liner specification; do not place it over unassessed sharp projections.
  2. Use an experienced installation team for placement, joining, anchoring and penetrations. Avoid unplanned cuts or DIY pipe openings.
  3. Agree the inspection and commissioning process, reservoir access controls and maintenance arrangements before handover. Keep the final layout and material records.

Operation and maintenance

  • Inspect visible edges, penetrations and any unusual water loss. Keep damaging traffic, livestock and tools away from the lining.
  • Arrange repairs with the supplier using compatible materials and methods. Confirm safe access before anyone enters an empty or partially filled reservoir.

What to include in your enquiry

Send your county and nearest town, project type, photographs of the installation area and the relevant existing-equipment labels. Tell us the quantity needed, desired timing and which parts of the project you want supplied, installed or serviced. If you are organising the project from abroad, identify the local contact who can provide site access and receive the equipment.

Frequently asked questions

Is the per-square-metre price the finished reservoir cost?

No. Material is only one item. Excavation, preparation, fabrication, anchoring and installation need a measured quotation.

Can you quote related equipment together?

Yes. Request a coordinated equipment schedule so the selected components can be checked together. Related listings below are planning options, not a guarantee that every combination is compatible.
