Choosing this equipment

For the 300 L option, compare peak draw-off and recovery needs rather than choosing from storage volume alone.

  • Tell us the number of users, bathrooms and peak hot-water periods. State the cold-water supply pressure and whether a booster pump is installed.
  • Supply available water-quality information and roof details. Ask the supplier to select a water-heating arrangement suitable for the source water and operating conditions.
  • Confirm tank capacity, collector type, pressure rating, backup heating and the installation scope. Tank litres alone do not determine daily hot-water availability.

Before delivery and installation

  1. Arrange a roof and plumbing survey with the installer. Roof access, support, waterproofing, pipe routes and the safety provisions must be assessed before installation.
  2. Use qualified installers for the plumbing and any electrical backup. The system must retain the required pressure-relief, isolation and temperature-control arrangements.
  3. At handover, have the installer demonstrate normal use and emergency isolation. Obtain the selected model’s manual, service schedule and written warranty conditions.

Operation and maintenance

  • Arrange inspections for leaks, support condition, scaling and other servicing specified by the manufacturer. Borehole water quality can affect maintenance needs.
  • Do not block relief outlets or adjust protective devices yourself. Report abnormal temperature, pressure or discharge to the installer.

What to include in your enquiry

Send your county and nearest town, project type, photographs of the installation area and the relevant existing-equipment labels. Tell us the quantity needed, desired timing and which parts of the project you want supplied, installed or serviced. If you are organising the project from abroad, identify the local contact who can provide site access and receive the equipment.

Frequently asked questions

Can it use my borehole water directly?

That depends on the water analysis and the heater design. Confirm the manufacturer’s water-quality limits before choosing a direct or indirect arrangement.

Can you quote related equipment together?

Yes. Request a coordinated equipment schedule so the selected components can be checked together. Related listings below are planning options, not a guarantee that every combination is compatible.
